We believe in a world where government is efficient, accountable, and able to sustainably provide an environment for individuals and organizations to thrive. Citizens are essential to this process and must have the ability to effectively participate in our representative democracy.

We seek to support transparency by developing tools for citizens, publishing public data online, and educating citizens about civic affairs.

Who is MoreQuality?

MoreQuality consists of a small board of current or former public employees with backgrounds in Finance, Technology, and Education. We like to be active in the community, though we're a small volunteer effort.

Working in Iterations

Being mission-driven is essential in terms of staying focused and motivated to produce. However, it is also important to explore, experiment, and brainstorm. Balancing practice and experimentation with objectives and metrics is a challenge for modern organizations. We embrace change and support the use of business process management to identify useful metrics to assess performance. Our work is always in progress.

Modeling transparency is a great way to cultivate a more open, productive, and sustainable culture. We seek to operate as openly as possible, posting our organizational documents and finances online in effort to show that being transparent is feasible for any interested organization.
